Yes, we do.  Our Home Care services include Alzheimer's and mobility assistance, transportation, medication administration, bathing and personal care, Home making or housekeeping and much more.

What is home care?
Home care provides seniors with assistance in the comfort of their own home, we help seniors to live and stay at home independently, maintain their quality of life. Since our services are offered on a one-on-one assistance the attention they receive from our caring and well trained staff improves their safety, health and happiness.

What's unique about our services?
We specialize in hourly to 24/7 live-in/sleep over care , this enables our caregivers to provide uninterrupted attention and companionship to seniors around the clock- something you won't find in institutions like nursing homes or assisted living centers.

What is live-in/sleep over care?
With our live-in/sleep over, a caregiver stays with you in your home around the clock, assisting you or your loved one with all activities of daily living.

Our care gives do not move into your house, they only bring a small bag carrying items they need on a day to day basis while taking care of you. They only require quiet sleeping quarters so they could get some rest and are ready to care for you whenever you need them at anytime.

What is 24/7 care and hourly care?
24/7 care is required for those needing close supervision around the clock and is billed hourly. It can be used together with live-in/sleep over extended care. (four or more hours at a time or longer).

Comparing costs between live-in/sleepover and hourly services?
Hourly rates vary depending on the level of care provided are billing is done on a fixed rate. Hourly care requires a minimum of four consecutive hours.

Live-in/sleep over service is charged at a flat amount per 24 hour/day Live-in service can be provided for 1 day a week and up to 365 days year. Our flat rate and no hidden fee policy make affordable and easy to budget for-without surprises.

Do you require a service contract?
There's no service contract with SIMAC Home Care. That means you can use our services for only as long as you need and with 100% satisfaction.

How does SIMAC HOME CARE screen and hire caregivers?
We interview 15 caregivers for every one that we hire. We also require several years of verifiable experience.
We conduct thorough background checks-that cover local and national criminal records, we do continues check and updates on current and previous checks through the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) and verify eligibility for employment.

All our Caregivers are fully insured, bonded, licensed where required by start and Federal guidelines and covered by workers compensation insurance.

How do we supervise caregivers?
Our Care Coordinator will create a care plan with the responsible party/or client that covers all aspects of the appropriate care and trains the caregiver on all details in the plan of care. Our supervisors usually make regular visits to client homes, or place or care to ensure consistency and check on the condition of the client and care giver.
